Live from Evergreen, Colorado

I am sitting in the Java Groove Coffee Shop in Evergreen Colorado. I'm having a mocha latte and a warm blueberry scone to warm my bones from the -2 degrees that it is outside.

Tonight is the last gig of the tour. The "Little Bear" is one of our favorite venues but it turns out that they have no heat today. ACK!!!! I don't know how that is going to work out.

I had the chance to make another layout on the jaunt between Santa Fe & Colorado (we've made the same run 3 times so far this tour). I used Polka Dot Plum's "Christmas Whimsy" collection for this one. I love the bright and atypical festive colors for this layout about Miley's 1st Christmas Ornament.

I found out the night before we left on tour so I've been doing my best to create in the Suburban while driving down the road.
My first kit to work with is "Holly Jolly Holiday"


I knew when I saw those great blues mixed in with the holiday colors that I'd finally found the kit to scrap this "Cool Dude" picture of Zoey from 2006. Too Fun!



















Bugs is playing at Southside Johnny's in Colorado Springs tonight. Then we head off to Santa Fe tomorrow night.
